1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the website pharmscale.com ("Site"), you accept these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use this Site.

2. Owner identity

The Site is owned and operated by "PHARM SCALE" d.o.o. (short: PharmScale), with its registered seat at Ćehaje bb, 75350 Srebrenik, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Additional information is available on our Imprint page.

3. Purpose of the Site

The Site is informational. It presents the products PharmScale manufactures and sells under its own brands, documents how those products are made and tested, and provides a route for customers, retail and distribution partners, press and regulators to contact us.

Products are not sold on this website. Purchases are made through the storefront of the relevant brand, and the terms of sale, delivery, returns and refunds that apply to a purchase are those published by that storefront. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to sell.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (texts, graphics, logos, photographs, video, audio, design, code) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The owner of these rights is "PHARM SCALE" d.o.o. or its affiliated companies (including Pharm Scale LLC in the U.S.), or third parties who have licensed content to us.

Without prior written consent, you may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute or modify the content of the Site for commercial purposes.
  • Use the PharmScale name, logo or other protected marks.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Site.

You may download materials (e.g. PDF certificates) for internal use and verification, without the right to further distribution.

5. Acceptable use

The user undertakes not to use the Site for:

  • Activities contrary to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Distribution of malicious content, viruses or harmful code.
  • Unauthorized access attempts to servers or data.
  • Sending unsolicited messages (spam) via the contact form.

6. Accuracy of information

We strive to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee its complete accuracy at all times. Content may be changed without prior notice. Where information on this Site differs from the label, leaflet or storefront listing of a specific product, the product's own label and listing take precedence.

7. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to external websites (e.g. TÜV Thüringen for certificate verification). PharmScale does not control the content of those sites and is not responsible for their privacy policies, security or content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PharmScale is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site.
  • Errors, interruptions or unavailability of the Site.
  • Damages caused by viruses or other harmful code that may infect your device through the Site.

This section limits liability for the Site itself. It does not limit or exclude our liability for the products we manufacture, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence and liability under product-liability legislation.

8a. Health information and dietary supplements

The information on this Site about supplements, ingredients and manufacturing is general information about how our products are made. It is not medical advice, and it is not a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation.

Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescribed medication or under medical supervision, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking any supplement.

For customers in the United States: these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

9. Protection of personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms of Use.

10. Changes to the Terms

PharmScale reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The last revision date is shown at the top of the document. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. For disputes between businesses, the court in Tuzla, BiH, has jurisdiction.

Consumers. Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they habitually reside, or of the right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
