Somebody made your supplement. Most brands can't tell you who.

We can. It came off our own line, and the person who released your batch signed their name to it. Send us that batch number and you get the independent laboratory's report for the exact batch in your hand, usually within a few hours.

Our QC discipline

Two labs sign off on every batch.

Most of the shelf runs one internal test and calls it "lab tested." That is marking your own homework. We don't.

  1. Internal lab. Raw materials verified before production starts: identity, actives, adulterants.

  2. Independent 3rd-party lab. Full panel on every released batch: microbiology, heavy metals, raw-material purity.

Any customer can request the independent CoA for their batch. Fail any test and the batch does not ship, there is no client deadline to argue with us about it.

Quality & testing

Every batch goes through the same rigorous lab.

Not paperwork compliance. Every batch tested in our QC lab, plus an independent third-party lab accredited for the market it ships to.

Why this matters

The supplier's CoA is testing the supplier's batch. Not ours.

Most of the industry takes the supplier's paperwork at face value. We re-test every raw material in our own lab before it touches a production line. If the assay doesn't match the claim, the delivery goes back to the supplier and never reaches a bottle.

It costs more and it slows a batch down, which is exactly why it is the step most of the shelf skips.

Our brands

Your bottle was never somebody else's rush order.

PureNADH, founded and run by co-founder Esef Ćosić, serves the United States and is produced on this line every month. More of our own products are in formulation. Every one of them is made, tested and released by the same people who sell it.

"The day we would have to explain a bad batch to a customer by blaming a plant we don't own is the day this stops being our business. So we own it."

The Single-Roof Method

Every step under one roof, because every step can fail.

Formulation, regulatory, design, production, QC and packaging sit in one building, run by people we employ. Nothing waits on a vendor, and nothing is anyone else's problem.

No. 01

Experts on the payroll, not on retainer

Pharmacists, food technologists and a regulatory team who walk the production floor daily, not consultants who send a document.

No. 02

Registration handled in-house

Our regulatory team can file and maintain dossiers across the 27 EU member states, the UK and the U.S., so a product launches where we decide it launches.

No. 03

German audit, our own equipment

The same TÜV Thüringen and DAkkS audit a German plant faces, on lines we bought and operate rather than rent by the hour.

30
days from a locked formula to a finished pallet
27
EU markets we can register in, plus the UK and the U.S.

How the shelf usually works

Most supplement brands have never seen their factory.

Here is the difference, side by side.

We are not the cheapest bottle on the shelf, and we are not trying to be. Owning the factory costs more than renting one; it is the only way we can promise what is inside.

Common questions

Things people ask before they trust a bottle.

Do you manufacture for other brands?
No. We make and sell our own products, and that is a deliberate decision rather than a capacity problem. The moment you produce to somebody else's brief and somebody else's deadline, quality becomes a negotiation. We would rather answer for every bottle ourselves. See what we make →
Why does it matter who owns the factory?
Because most supplement companies are marketing operations that rent production. They accept the supplier's paperwork, they rarely walk the floor, and nobody looks closely at a batch until a customer complains. We buy the raw material, re-test it in our own laboratory, set the dose, run the line and release the batch. There is no one to blame in the middle, which is the whole idea.
Who actually formulates your products?
Pharmacists and food technologists we employ, backed by a scientific board that includes Prof. Dr. Emeritus Midhat Jašić, thirty years in food and nutrition science, and MPharm Emilija S. Aleksovska, forty years in pharmaceutical R&D. Formulation is not outsourced to a consultant who never sees the line. Meet the team →
Is PharmScale FDA approved?
Honest answer: the FDA doesn't "approve" dietary supplements or their manufacturers, anyone claiming to be "FDA approved" is misleading you. What actually exists: our facility is FDA registered (Reg. No. 14287957814) and follows 21 CFR Part 111, the FDA's manufacturing rulebook for supplements, verified through independent TÜV audits on top.
What does two labs on every batch actually mean?
Our own laboratory tests raw materials before production starts, identity, actives and adulterants. Then an independent, accredited third-party laboratory runs a full panel on the released batch: microbiology, heavy metals and ingredient purity. Both have to clear it. A single internal test is marking your own homework, and most of the market stops there.
I bought one of your products, how do I check my batch?
Send us the batch number printed near the expiry date, either through the batch trace form above or straight to info@pharmscale.com, and we email you the independent laboratory's Certificate of Analysis for that exact batch, usually within a few hours. No account, no forms.
Where are your products made?
In our own facility in Srebrenik, Bosnia and Herzegovina (Ćehaje bb, 75350), inside Europe. It is certified to ISO 22000:2018 and ISO 22716 GMP by TÜV Thüringen under DAkkS accreditation, and registered with the U.S. FDA. Nothing is subcontracted to another plant.
Can I see the facility for myself?
Yes. Sarajevo airport is 90 minutes away by car and we arrange the pickup. Retail partners, auditors and curious customers all walk the same floor, through production and the QC laboratory. Ask for a visit →
Where can I buy your products?
Our brands sell directly to consumers online, market by market. PureNADH serves the United States at purenadh.com, and further products are in formulation and registration. The current list is on our brands page.
Are your standards different from the rest of the shelf?
On the points that are measurable, yes. Raw materials are re-tested against the supplier's claim instead of taken on trust, our internal heavy-metal limits are five times stricter than the EU requires, and every released batch carries an independent Certificate of Analysis that any customer can request.
